When you press your SOS Button.

  On your cellphone screen a SOS button is activated.   It is a floating button displaying on all the screens, over other app icons. It can die placed in any of the corners of your screen or on he left or right middle of the screen.

Serious Danger

Press and hold down the button for 3 seconds. The panic is activated. For the next 60 seconds our control room can hear everything that being said around your cellphone. If you are in danger from what we can listen into we will dispatch armed response and or SAPS to your location. We can see your location and the GPS position is updated every 5 seconds. If you are driving from the original location when you pressed the SOS button we can track our location all the time.

Flat tyre or Breakdown Service

You can press the talk button and speak directly to the control room.

EMS Emergency Medical Services

If you need medical assistance or want to assist someone else, we can get an EMS member to talk to you on the channel and advise you, what to do until the Ambulance or EMS vehicle arrives at your location.

If you are lost

You can speak to the Controller to assist you with directions, as they can see your live location.
