Incident Summary
A housebreaking in progress was reported via the Moot CPF Sector Group. ProShield Management, who were in close proximity to the reported address, immediately responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found three suspects still inside the residence. As the officers approached, the suspects fled, resulting in an immediate foot pursuit through the target property and over the rear boundary wall.
The pursuit continued through multiple neighbouring properties. Despite coordinated efforts, the three suspects managed to evade arrest.
Recovery and Investigation
During their escape, the suspects abandoned their getaway vehicle, a grey BMW 3 Series, along with all of the stolen property. All stolen items were successfully recovered.
Further investigation confirmed that the BMW 3 Series had been reported stolen and was linked to a Douglasdale SAPS case.
